Why Attend?

Many small business owners mistakenly believe psychosocial hazards are complex issues only relevant to large corporations with dedicated safety teams. This webinar creates a collaborative space for key decision makers in small businesses—CEOs, Business Leaders and HR Managers alike—to share their experiences, discuss real challenges they’ve faced, and explore practical examples of how psychosocial hazards have impacted their workplaces and what solutions have proven effective.

Critical Context:

Since December 2023, WorkSafe Australia regulations now hold leaders—including CEOs and board members—personally liable for failing to manage psychosocial hazards in the workplace. Additionally, new Victorian regulations coming into effect will further strengthen these requirements. With regulatory bodies increasing their focus on workplace mental health, organisations must adapt their safety systems accordingly to remain compliant and avoid potential penalties.

Join us for this complimentary webinar designed specifically for decision makers in small to medium Australian businesses who want to:

  • Demystify psychosocial hazards and understand their impact on employee wellbeing
  • Learn practical strategies to identify and assess potential risks in your workplace
  • Participate in interactive Q&A designed to offer opportunities for sharing experiences between attendees

Who Should Attend?

  • Key decision makers in small businesses—CEOs, Business Leaders and HR Managers alike
  • Anyone in a leadership position who has responsibility for a team

  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
