Amelia Twiss
Amelia is a psychologist, executive coach and team dynamics consultant who works with CEOs and senior leaders who want to develop high performing teams and make a meaningful impact through their work.
With a background in organisational psychology, team science, coaching and psychometrics, she supports leaders in taking a step back from the day-to-day to gain fresh perspective on the work that needs to be done. She helps teams and organisations reach their full potential and provide clients with tools and insights they need to achieve success. Amelia is a Non-Executive Director for the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and accredited as a coaching psychologist by the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
Experience
Amelia has over 10 years’ experience in organisational consulting, coaching psychology, and supporting people through work-related challenges, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships and managing life changes. Having worked in the UK, France and Australia she has a deep sensitivity to individual differences and welcomes the opportunity to support people from diverse backgrounds. As a psychologist in organisational settings, she has supported hundreds of people through personal change. Her approach is client-centred, drawing from organisational psychology, coaching psychology, therapeutic approaches, mindfulness, and compassion.
