Lee Sepe

Psychologist
Lee Sepe believes that the positive working relationship between client and therapist facilities and governs any mental health improvements.

He adopts a non-judgmental approach and has a passion for working with individual adult clients who are experiencing mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, adjustment issues and schizophrenia. Lee tailors each intervention approach accordingly and has a genuine interest in human behaviour and different ways of thinking.

Experience

Lee has over 10 years’ experience working in the mental health field and is a fully registered psychologist. He has worked across a number of different settings including: government funded programs, NDIS, private practice and the justice system. Lee provides a range of different evidence-based approaches and they include Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Approaches are always tailored towards to each clients presenting concerns or needs
