Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Nexus Psychology EAP Facilitation Services
Nexus Psychology has a long and established history in the EAP space. For more than a decade, we have supported organisations by matching employees and their immediate family members with independent, highly qualified clinicians for counselling. Over this time, we’ve refined a thorough intake facilitation process that ensures each employee who contacts us is connected with the practitioner best suited to their needs.

How Does EAP facilitation work with Nexus Psychology?

Many organisations choose to provide funded counselling to their staff, and in some cases to staff’s family members under what’s known as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

By partnering with Nexus as an EAP facilitator, the process of accessing EAP counselling for staff is made easy and ensures a high calibre and confidential experience for EAP recipients as well as organisations.

The Nexus Psychology Intake process ensures that EAP recipients are matched with suitable clinicians who are available for daytime and after-hours appointments either in-person or via Telehealth.

The Nexus Psychology reception provides a dedicated point of contact and administrative support to assist with appointment scheduling and other enquiries.

From the initial contact and throughout the counselling process, EAP recipients and partner organisations are provided with professional guidance and assistance on their EAP journey.
