Ruth’s therapeutic approach is client centred and collaborative. She seeks to empower each client to build their personal coping skills, while working towards mutually developed goals.

Across the past 30 years as a psychologist, Ruth has worked with children, teenagers and adults to build their resilience as they navigate life challenges. Ruth worked for many years in educational psychology, assisting staff and students within both government and independent schools. For more than 15 years she has specialised in health management and vocational rehabilitation. She particularly enjoys working with clients to improve their health and manage challenging circumstances associated with life transitions.
