Lynn is a clinical psychologist who specialises in working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She conducts comprehensive assessments ranging from Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, learning difficulties, intellectual difficulties.

Lynn is passionate about working with individuals across age groups as she enjoys supporting individuals to achieve their best functional abilities, regardless of personal circumstances.

Her main therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment Based Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Informed therapy.

Lynn specialises in a variety of mental health presentations (e.g. Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD), relationship/adjustment issues, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, complex physical and mental health challenges, physical health issues, disability (e.g. physical and intellectual) and neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g. ASD, ADHD).

Lynn has extensive experience working with neurodivergence individuals, supporting families and educators to learn more about the diagnosis and ways to manage the condition. She also specialised in completing assessments and treatment for dual diagnosis presentations. She has a lot of experience working in a multidisciplinary team to support client’s goals and meet their needs holistically.
